Was it a BJP's play to survive in..?

Was that due to MVA (shiv sena, NCP, cong) govt.. Bjp survival in upcoming election would be tough as bjp has won in places where no shivsena candidate was there as bjp and shiv sena were allies.. Now as shivsena came out and the liking of Uddhavji among people it was clear that shiv sena was going stronger in Maharashtra... so the vote for congress and NCP would be same as it was previous but the vote of sena and bjp would be divided and would have benefit MVA( sena, NCP, congress)as they were allies... So definately bjp being alone would have to face a difficult task for forming govt in maharashtra..

So a question do arise as was it a survival game for Bjp in Maharashtra... ?
