In this fast changing world,human forgets to take care of one’s own health as the time becomes so competing and constrain,one hardly finds to take care of oneself.People forgets that good health is the main source of success ,happiness but sadly with rising completion and day today inflated market trend ,we tend to forget our health and bcuz of proper food ,health hygiene and exercise most of us are aging faster than our age and inviting lot of diseases with us.Last but not the least to tackle the competing word one needs to be healthy and priority should be on one’s own good health and for that we need to spend Atleast half to one hour daily exercise to maintain our balance life style.
