All India Sunni Jamiatul Ulema Delegation meets
JPC Wagf Amendment Bill 2024 in New Delhi

A delegation led by Hazrat Moin Miyan Sahab
president All India Sunni Jamiatul Ulema met the
JPC members of waqf amendment bill 2024 in
New Delhi today and conveyed their strongest
opposition to the ammendment bill and appealed
to scrap the bill in totality
Adv Rizwan Merchant laid the presentation
vociferously in front of the entire committee
members and voiced his concerns over the
amendment bill. MP Asasaddin owaisi also
condemned the bill will full force and was
supported by MP Sanjay Singh another member
of the JPC constituted to look into the bill. The
delegation comprising of Alhaaj Saeed Noori
President, Raza Academy, Adv Nisar Ahmad,
Saiyad Jameel (Jalna), Adv Asif Sahab Nasik
presented a memorandum to the JPC quoting the
glaring legal blunders in the proposed bill and
strongly rejected the bill in its full form. We hope
that the Indian govt shall take into consideration
the concerns of the community
