Dilai police station of Bokajan Sub Division, while conducting an operation, seized suspected heroin worth crores of rupees. According to the information received, when the night bus number MN 07 H 0011 coming from Dimapur was searched at Dilai Tinali on National Highway 36 last night, a hundred shopcases filled with suspected heroin were recovered from the secret basement behind the bus shed. In this regard, the police arrested the driver and conductor of the vehicle. The arrested were identified as Aamir Khan, aged 35 years, and Singmayum Sajat, aged 25 years. Both are residents of Manipur. The total weight of the seized heroin is said to be one kilogram, two hundred and twenty grams and its value is said to be crores of rupees.
