PUBG Addiction Leaves 19-Year-Old Delhi Teen Partially Paralyzed with Spinal TB: A Wake-Up Call for Youth and Parents.

Gaming took over his world, but reality hit hard—costing him his spine and freedom.
A 19-year-old Delhi boy, addicted to PUBG and isolated from the world, spent over 12 hours daily in front of a screen. What seemed like just a game turned into a nightmare—he lost control over his body, his spine bent, and his bladder failed him. Unaware, he had been battling spinal tuberculosis for nearly a year.
By the time doctors at Indian Spinal Injuries Centre intervened, he was partially paralyzed with a severe spinal deformity—kypho-scoliosis—and two infected vertebrae. “We saw a case of spinal TB worsened by complete physical inactivity and addiction,” said Dr. Vikas Tandon.
"Games are fun, but health is life. Don’t let a screen define your future."
Let this be a wake-up call for every teen and parent.
