Attorney Manish Jadhav received an prestigious Award in the field of humanitarian & human rights arena. Studing in United Kingdom gave him International exposure, which proved to be a boon in enhancing his career and understanding of international law. He became the students’ representative in his University. Solving the problems of fellow students made him aware of his problem-solving skills and also trained him to be a social activist. Already, he was learning human rights at his core. Therefore, he was very well aware of the fact that there are many things in this world which needs to be solved by initiating human development by ensuring the security and safety of human beings by using the yardstick of human rights promotion and protection.

Therefore, immediately after completing his Master of Law in Human Rights from England, he alongwith various other social activists formed NGO I.e. United For Human Rights. Specially to promote and protect the rights of the needy and downtrodden. He says that he has been partially successful in protecting human rights, but a lot of things are yet to be done in the field of human rights.
