*_TTD has made a new facility available for purchasing Srivari Laddu Prasadam in Tirumala._* Kiosk machines have been made available for devotees to purchase laddus more easily at the Laddu Prasadam sales center in Tirumala.
This facility has reduced the waiting time of devotees and provided an opportunity to quickly complete the process of purchasing laddus.
TTD has arranged for transparent transactions without cash through the UPI payment facility.
Procedure for obtaining laddus through kiosk –
Devotees go to the kiosk machine set up near the laddu distribution counters.
Two options will appear in the machine:
1. Those with a darshan ticket
2. Those without a darshan ticket
Those with a darshan ticket:
Select this option.
The machine will verify the ticket details.
Up to two additional laddus can be purchased per person based on the number of people on the ticket.
Those who do not have a darshan ticket:
Select this option and provide a verified Aadhaar number.
Up to 2 laddus can be purchased per person through this route as well.
After selecting the correct option, you can go to the payment page through UPI and complete the transaction.
After payment, you will receive a printed receipt.
With that receipt, you can go to the laddu counters and get additional laddus.
This new policy introduced by TTD for the convenience of devotees is receiving a great response.
