government employees' high salaries and pay commissions are given for the sake of the country's economic develop : Ajay Biswas

The central government or the state government gives a huge allowance to the teaching staff every two months because the salary they are getting is eroded due to the increase in the price of goods and the purchasing power of the teaching staff is reduced. As a result, the demand for goods in the market decreases. This has an impact on production. If production decreases, the number of unemployed people will increase. The development of the country will also face a crisis.

A Senior Leader of Employees of Tripura, Mr Ajay Biswas writes that
government increases the salary of teachers and employees to the extent that the salary is reduced due to the increase in the cost of goods and services, bringing it back to the previous purchasing power. This is called the Mahagha bhata. He said that, It is not a salary increase. It is to make up for the loss in salary. As a result, the government has a greater responsibility in paying the Mahagha Bhata ( DA) , no matter which government it is.

The salaries of teachers and employees are increased by setting up a pay commission every 10 years because if teachers and employees are given only a monthly allowance, their purchasing power will increase.
To maintain the purchasing power of teachers and employees, the monthly allowance is given to teachers and employees through the Finance Commission to increase their purchasing power, which is in the best interest of the country.

Ajay Biswas Said that , In the North Eastern region, there are 7 states of which Tripura is more developed in every aspect.
But DA (%) difference is still more.

1. Assam -55

2. Arunachal Pradesh - 55

3. Sikkim -50

4. Meghalaya- 46

5. Mizram-40

6. Tripura-33

7. Manipur-33

The government employees' high salaries and pay commissions are given for the sake of the country's economic development. This is not a charity.
