June 26 – Shri Mohan Charan Majhi, the 15th Chief Minister of Odisha, has completed one year in office. In this short period, his strong leadership, efficient administration, and people-centric policies have set Odisha on a transformative path of progress and development.
Key Initiatives and Achievements:
🔹 Agriculture & Farmer Welfare:
Under the "Krushak Samriddhi Yojana", farmers are being provided with interest-free loans, expert support, and scientific assistance to ensure higher productivity and income.
🔹 Healthcare Reforms:
The launch of “Mo Hospital” scheme has strengthened rural healthcare infrastructure by enhancing ambulance services, doctor availability, and medicine supplies in remote areas.
🔹 Educational Reforms:
Modern schools and smart classrooms have been built across villages and towns to provide quality education and digital learning opportunities to children.
🔹 Youth & Employment:
The “Naba Odisha Naba Aabasara” (New Odisha, New Opportunities) campaign has introduced new job policies, skill development programs, and startup incentives to empower the youth.

Citizen-focused services like Mo Sarkar app, public grievance hearings, and time-bound service delivery have improved transparency and responsiveness in governance.

ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁର,ଶ୍ରୀ କୁମୁଦ ନାୟକ, ଜୁନ 26: ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋହନ ଚରଣ ମାଝି ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ୧୫ତମ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭାବେ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ଏକ ବର୍ଷ ପୂରଣ କଲେ। ଏହି ଅତି ଅଳ୍ପ ସମୟରେ ତାଙ୍କର ଦୃଢ଼ ନେତୃତ୍ୱ, ସଫଳ ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାପନା ଓ ଲୋକମୁଖୀ ନୀତିଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଓଡ଼ିଶାକୁ ଏକ ନୂଆ ଦିଗରେ ନେଇଯାଇଛି।
ପ୍ରତିବଦ୍ଧ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକ:
🔹 କୃଷି ଓ କିଷାନ ସୁରକ୍ଷା: "କୃଷକ ସମୃଦ୍ଧି ଯୋଜନା" ର ଅଧୀନରେ କୃଷକଙ୍କୁ ବିନା ବ୍ୟାଜରେ ଋଣ, ସେଚ୍ଛା ସହଯୋଗ ଓ ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଅଧିକ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ରଖାଯାଇଛି।
🔹 ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସେବାରେ ବିକାଶ: "ମୋ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ୍" ଯୋଜନା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ଗ୍ରାମୀଣ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଏମ୍ବୁଲାନ୍ସ, ଡାକ୍ତର ଓ ଔଷଧ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରାଯାଇଛି।
🔹 ଶିକ୍ଷା ଖେତ୍ରରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ: ଅନେକ ଗ୍ରାମ ଓ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନରେ ନୂତନ ଓ ଆଧୁନିକ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଓ ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ କ୍ଲାସରୁମ୍ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି।
🔹 ଯୁବ ଓ ରୋଜଗାର: "ନବ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ନବ ଅବସର" ଅଭିଯାନ ଯୁବସମାଜ ପାଇଁ ନୂତନ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ନୀତି, ସ୍କିଲ୍ ଡିଭେଲପମେଣ୍ଟ ଓ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ମିଳିଛି।
🔹 ନାଗରିକ ସେବାରେ ଗତି: ଜନସୁନାନି, ମୋ ସରକାର ଆପ୍, ଓ ଟାଇମ୍ଲିମିଟ ସେବା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରସରକାର ସହ ସମନ୍ୱୟ କରି ସୁସ୍ଥ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି।
🔹 ପୁରୀ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ଧାମ ଓ ଧାର୍ମିକ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ: ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ପରିସରର ଅନେକ ପୁନଃନିର୍ମାଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଓ ରଥଯାତ୍ରା ପାଇଁ ଏବେ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଆଧୁନିକ ଓ ଯାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସୁବିଧାପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ।
ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋହନ ଚରଣ ମାଝିଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଏକ ନୂଆ ଅଧ୍ୟାୟର ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛି। ସେ ଯେପରି ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଭଲପାଇବାକୁ ପ୍ରଥମ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରଖି ସରଳତା, ପାରଦର୍ଶିତା ଓ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଦକ୍ଷତା ସହ ଶାସନ କରୁଛନ୍ତି, ତାହା ଗାଁରୁ ଗାଁ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମନରେ ଆଶା ଓ ଆତ୍ମବିଶ୍ୱାସ ଜଗାଇଛି। ଏକ ବର୍ଷରେ ଯେପରି ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ବିକାଶର ଗତି ବଢ଼ିଛି, ସେହିପରି ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ଏହି ଗତିକୁ ଅଧିକ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ଓ ଦୀର୍ଘକାଳୀନ କରିବା ଦିଗରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଆଗୁଆ ବଢ଼ିବାକୁ ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଛି। ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପାଇଁ ଏହି ଏକ ବଦଳର ସମୟ, ଏକ ନୂଆ ରୂପାନ୍ତରଣର ଯାତ୍ରା – ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ଲୋକ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ଶକ୍ତି, ଶାସନ ହେଉଛି ସେବା।
