The event was managed by Richo Global Education and Research Foundation, a government-registered institution, and held at Radiant Academy, Dimoruguri, Nagaon.

The official inauguration of the day-long program was carried out by Dr. Hareswar Saikia, International Secretary-General of the International Human Rights Ambassador Organization, through a tree plantation drive. In his inaugural address, Dr. Saikia stated,
“A heartfelt tribute to the indomitable courage of our brave soldiers. Their bravery echoed through the heights of Kargil and remains forever etched in the heart of India.”

As part of the event, several activities were conducted, including a quiz competition among students, tree plantation, a felicitation ceremony for ex-servicemen, a patriotic dance performance, and a discussion circle.

Retired Senior Commissioned Officer of the Indian Army, Kameswar Bora, was specially felicitated during the ceremony for his service to the nation.

During the discussion session, Principal of Radiant Academy, Niva Kumari Bora, eloquently explained the significance of Kargil Vijay Diwas.
