United Student' s Union of Karbi Anglong ( USUKA) Howraghat regional committee today Submited a memorandum to KAAC Health and Family Welfare EM Surya Rongphar through the SDMO of Howraghat BPHC urging Immediate Upgradation of Howraghat BPHC to Civil Hospital, Availability of Doctors in Howraghat BPHC, Availability of medicines in Howraghat BPHC, Maintenance of Hygiene in Howraghat BPHC Campus and Availability of Power Supply for 24 Hours in Howraghat BPHC.
