At Visakhapatnam Airport, a collection racket in the name of parking is taking a photo as soon as the vehicle enters, locking the vehicles without telling anyone within ten minutes and collecting a huge penalty, causing inconvenience to the people. They are violating our rights and at least not answering our questions. The consumers are in a state where they do not know who to turn to for their grievances. Those who have to go to distant places are facing inconvenience with their families. And those who have come to the airport for important work are complaining that their time is being wasted. If they are appointed with the intention of clearing traffic as third party services, they are looting the people's money as they please.
