Now a days a race begin in between rulling party and opposition in terms of who is superior and give better responce in their perfomence for sake of this nation.what type of result from these party we can expect where the responcibil body election commission was working in sluggish manners and made our democracy crippled so the crippled democracy can not provide the authentic crown for this Nation until we would not maintain National register for correct population in addition to securety wire which protected our Nation boundries from intruders as well .I would like to pull the attention of folk of the India Nation about this concern through these below written points .
1,Resently Election commission made the burning topic of Bihar voter list due to adversely comments of opposition that Election commission forcely removing the name from voterlist even the citizen has valid existence or identy.
2,In 1992 ex chief minister sh Lalu prasad Yadav warned the central Govt .that the Govt was irresponsible and not capabile in the issue of bane on intruders from Bangladesh to enter in India.He also advised in parliament on that time strongly prohibited the intruders to purchased the unmoveable property of India .
3,In the case of Bihar, High court also responsible and accused in terms of not asking any question to Election commission regarding irresponsiblity in the inspection of voters list at the rit of opposition in this matter .
4,At this issue opposition making scandle and blame the election commission which is working in the favour of Rulling party and removing the name of exist citizen from voterlist who were supporter of opposition.
5,The main opponent of rulling party in Bangal Madam Mamta Banerjee who suffered a lot by the shicastic comments of rulling party that she is favouring the intruders for getting the support in the election from them eventhough In 2005 in the same concern one more comments from politician president of Trenmool congress Madam Mamta Banerjee from Bangal raised the matter of the same name distt of west Bangal and Bangladesh which could be a cause of name in voter list ambiguity.
6,The voter list can not prepared until the valid proof of citizenship from the witness of election Agency.
7,Since independence our voterlist shows only 9688 cr population which is only due to sluggish work of election commission because of they could not exil data of population since last 15 years.
8,The voter list ambiguity topic is running in India since last one decade but ignorance and negligence behave of Election commission still not bridled by Home ministry which is a controlling body of election commission because at the time of the issue of reinspection of voter list the opposite alliance INDIA strongly demand and advised that this matter does not belongs to election commission it is rather a matter of Home Ministry.
9,In the matter of voter list I personally advised the Govt should follow the same pattern of maintain the National Register of citizenship like small European country Sweden, Phinlend,and Netherland,by this action we can stop the intruders ,imposters in voterlist and endorsed in National Register as well.They can not get the benifit of free education ,free hospital treatment,old age pension,and unemployment wages also .
10,If we success to maintain the National Register like Pak ,Afgan Bangladesh,Nepal,Shrilanka,Mymar we would able to control the activity of intruders as well as irresponsible executive of election commission can be find very early cause of this action we can enhance the activity of election commission too .
11,I strongly remended election commission as well as Indian Govt.that they should follow the process of Astralia,Canada,and Jermany, because they completed the validity of citizenship by passport ,Driving licence,and birth death cirtificate.
12,The changed addressed must be endorsed in voterlist by applicant immediately.Voterlist should be rewise with postal and electronic connection.
13, Discipline election can provide strong democracy that is why our National Register and Voter list must be update So that demise person, irrational person,fake passport could not get benifit from irregularties.
