Mr. Dilip Kumar Khound has taken the Charge of Principal, Borholla College, Jorhat, Assam.

Today on this day of 27/09/2025, Mr. Dilip Kumar Khound, the senior most teacher of Borholla College, Jorhat has taken the charge of Principal of the institution amidst a gorgeous meeting. The meeting was presided over by Respected Mr. Bibul Hazarika, the President of the Governing Body of the College. All the teachers and students of the College express satisfaction in the occasion and expect all-round development of the College under his leadership. Mr. Khound, a veteran educationist and seasoned organizer is associated with many organizations of the locality. His leadership skill will surely benefit the institution. He expressed his thanks and gratitude before this correspondent and praised the decision of the Apex Body of the College for selecting him as the Principal of the institution. According to him he is associated with the institution since its establishment in 1990. He joined as the Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology. Then he offered his service as the Administrative Vice Principal. When he is conferred upon the responsibility of the Principal he has been serving as the Administrative Vice Principal. The student body of the College expressed their satisfaction and expect that the institution will reach a new horizon under his leadership.
