STAMP PAPER CHORI HDFC BANK MANSA MANDI PUNJAB WITHOUT S.NO WITHOUT STATE USE

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to once again bring to your kind attention that, till date, I have not received any response from the MD Office regarding my pending request for locker details.

It is important to note that in my account, both the email address and communication address have been updated illegally without my consent. For your reference, I have attached the relevant application form.

It is further observed that:

The branch staff provided a false declaration and stamped OSV/CSIP without my physical presence or biometric verification.

They used an older Aadhaar card retrieved from old records and placed a fake signature on the form.

Specifically, the Aadhaar OSV on my card was done by Mr. Himanshu Lal, and on Mrs. Meeta Jindal’s card by Mr. Nikhil Goyal.


For your reference and record, please find below the sequence of my requests and legal notices:

1. 25th Feb 2025 – First request submitted at Murthal Adda Branch, Sonipat, with biometric verification. (Attached)


2. 17th June 2025 – Second request submitted at Murthal Adda Branch, Sonipat. (Attached)


3. 30th June 2025 – Third written request sent via registered speed post to MD Office, Murthal Adda Sonipat Branch, and Mansa Punjab Branch. (Attached)


4. 21st July 2025 – First legal notice received by MD Desk (sent via registered speed post).


5. 2nd Aug 2025 – Second legal notice/reminder sent via Blue Dart Courier to MD Desk.



Despite repeated submissions and legal notices, no response has been provided from the MD Desk, Mumbai.

It is shocking that:

Bank staff continue sending responses to the fake email ID, which does not belong to me.

Even after repeatedly informing about this fraud, the requested documents/details are not being shared with me on my genuine email ID, postal address, or in-person via biometric verification at Murthal Adda Branch, Sonipat.


With folded hands, I once again request you to kindly share the locker-related details/documents as per my attached requests either:

On this email address, OR

To my residential address given below, OR

Provide me the hard copies directly at Murthal Adda Branch, Sonipat, Haryana after biometric verification.


I sincerely request your urgent intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest.
