*Spurious and fake drugs*

The menace of spurious and counterfeit drugs erodes human lives, hampers the trust we have on healthcare system. The Drug and Cosmetic Act is too old and all these illegal syndicates have learned how to escape from the hands of the investigating agencies. It is the right time to crack down on them and rectify all these old acts to rebuild the trust on the humancare system. Overhauling is exigent now without any excuses.
