Long queues of applicants are being seen at government offices, yet officials responsible for processing applications remain unavailable due to their election duty.
Additionally, teachers assigned to SIR responsibilities have reported that academic activities in many schools are being impacted, raising concerns among parents and staff about the continuity of students' learning.
