Eighty five year old Satyagrahi tribal womans feet washed by Bargarh loksabha MP

Bargarh loksabha MP Pradeep Purohit has provided Rs 4 lakh from the MP Development Fund to complete an incomplete welfare pavilion in Kendubhata village of Paikamal block of Padmapur subdivision of Bargarh district. MP Purohit had reached the village to break coconuts to inaugurate the said welfare pavilion at the invitation of the villagers. Hundreds of women and men welcomed the MP and took a break. He was part of the procession and the 85-year-old Satyagrahi tribal woman Tulsi Bariha, who was part of the Gandhamardan movement of the said village. Her feet was washed by MP Purohit. Many people who were part of the Gandhamardan movement of the 1980s are still in the villages.
