Hyderabad CP Sajjanar Conducts Midnight Patrol & Surprise Inspections

Hyderabad City Police Commissioner Sri V.C. Sajjanar, IPS conducted a special midnight patrol from 12 AM to 3 AM across the South West Zone. Without any escort sirens, he directly visited the houses of several rowdy-sheeters in MD Lines, Asham Nagar, and Defence Colony under Langar Houz PS limits.

He warned them against returning to crime and instructed them to maintain good conduct.

The CP inspected major junctions, hotels, shops, and late-night establishments in Toli Chowki, cautioning owners against operating beyond permitted hours.

He also interacted with police officers on duty, reviewed general diaries, patrol points, duty rosters, and response times at Toli Chowki Police Station, ensuring full night operational readiness.

CP Sajjanar said such surprise inspections are part of People’s Welfare Policing, aimed at improving accountability, visibility, and night-time public safety.
