“Bhanu Pratap Seth Takes Charge as National Honorary President, People Justice Protection Council”

The People Justice Protection Council (PJPC) has announced the appointment of Advocate Bhanu Pratap Seth from Varanasi Uttar Pradesh as its National Honorary President, with jurisdiction extending across All India, as per information released by the organization.
According to the Council, it is registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882, and also holds registrations with NITI Aayog and MSME, functioning under the legislative framework of the PPS Act. The organization stated that it is committed to working towards justice, public protection, and legal awareness.
The Council further mentioned that Advocate Bhanu Pratap Seth will provide guidance and leadership in matters related to public interest initiatives, legal outreach programs, and organizational activities at the national level.
It was also stated that a copy of the appointment communication has been forwarded to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi, for information purposes.
Reiterating its guiding principle, the organization emphasized that it considers the judiciary as the ultimate destination for justice and aims to work within constitutional and legal boundaries.
