Semiliguda Bar Association Preparatory Meeting for upcoming Elections Observed.

Report by Nishapati Nayak (Sub-Editor): A preparatory meeting for the upcoming elections of the Semiliguda Bar Association is scheduled.The meeting aims to finalize the arrangements for the smooth conduct of the elections.

As per the Bar Council of Odisha,s guidelines, the election notification, nomination form, and voters' list are published . The elections are likely to be held as part of the Bar Council's efforts to conduct elections for all state bar councils by January 31, 2026, as directed by the Supreme Court.

The Semiliguda Bar Association had its last elections held in 2025. Advocate Pitambar Sahu selected as Election Officer in majority for upcoming Election for March 28,2026 as decided in the Prepatory meeting of Semiliguda Bar Association.

The said meeting was witnessed by Advocates Krutibas Rout, Santosh Dash,Ramesh Pradhan, Santosh Bebarta, Soubhagini Parija,Subham Dalei, Dharanidhar Pradhan , Saroj Kant Panda,J.Prasad, satyabrata Padhi,Aswini Patnaik,Sishir kant Panigrahi including all members.
