Belagavi: District Administration Bans Loud DJ Sound Systems 🔊🚫

Belagavi: The Belagavi district administration has imposed a strict ban on the use of high-volume loudspeakers and Disc Jockey (DJ) sound systems across the district.
Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Roshan has issued an official order prohibiting DJ systems and sound amplification devices that create excessive noise during festivals, religious programs, processions, and other public events.
According to the order, sound systems producing noise above 75 decibels will not be allowed. Authorities have also enforced strict timing rules, stating that no loud sound systems will be permitted between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Officials said that if anyone violates the rules, authorities have the power to seize the sound equipment and file legal cases against the offenders.
The district administration stated that the decision has been taken to maintain public peace, protect people’s health, and ensure proper law and order in Belagavi district.
