Why Congress cannot win elections in Assam ?

There where many reasons congress can't win elections in Assam some are
°The ex ministers-The reputation of the ex minister in Assam is not good. Unfairly seats were given to only to the financially sound party and the family members of the ex ministers.
°Corruption- Huge corruption was done by the ex ministers of the party which came to light after the bjp party came into power.
°Religious issues- In Assam.
