Chaibasa: A Motorcycle rally was organized in Chaibasa on April 14, 2026, to commemorate the 135th birth anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ambed.

Kolhan Chaibasa: A grand motorcycle rally was organized in Chaibasa on April 14, 2026, to commemorate the 135th birth anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the architect of the Constitution. The event began with a mass recitation of the Preamble to the Indian Constitution. Rallies followed in various areas of the city, with the aim of spreading Babasaheb's ideals of equality, liberty, fraternity, justice, human dignity, and scientific thinking to the public. A large number of young men and women participated in the rally, carrying posters and blue flags and shouting slogans promoting social equality and a scientific outlook. Participants displayed portraits and inspiring thoughts of many great figures, including Jyotiba Phule, Savitribai Phule, Periyar E.V. Ramaswamy, Jaipal Singh Munda, and Birsa Munda. Following the rally's conclusion, a stage program was held at Tambo Chowk. The program began with a tribute to great figures from tribal culture and the reading of the Preamble to the Constitution. Organizing committee president Nirmal Kandeyang welcomed the guests, and secretary Sadhu Ho highlighted Ambedkar's life and thanked the attendees. Following this, starting at 3 p.m., children from various schools effectively presented the ideas of Babasaheb and other Bahujan greats through dance, drama, song, and music. On this occasion, individuals who have made outstanding and exemplary contributions to society were honored with certificates of appreciation and blue robes. Special honors were bestowed upon Pradhan Biruwa with the Periyar Self-Respect Award, Manik Sardar with the Marang Gomke Gaurav Award, and Ambika Das with the Jyotiba-Savitri Prakash Award. Furthermore, they have made significant contributions to selfless social work in various fields. During the program, District Fisheries Officer Mr. Naveen Kumar was invited as a special speaker, who, while mentioning the life struggles of Baba Saheb, said that while facing the inequalities like untouchability, discrimination and inequality, he showed the path of equality, brotherhood and humanity to the country and connected the society with the basic mantra of be educated, stay organized and struggle and explained the definition of struggle. The event was hosted by Sheetal Baghe, and finally, Sagar Sinku, patron of the organizing committee, thanked the event and the guests.

Ripanjal Lakra, Junita Biruwa, Yadunath Tiu, Vijay Gop, Meena Banra, Madhusudan Banra, Sushila Bodra, Hiramani Devgam, Mohammad Salim, Naresh Ram, Santosh Das, Chintu Ram Ravi, Simon Laguri, Akash Mukhi, and other active youth from the Bahujan Samaj contributed to the success of the event.
