Manipal Hospitals Hosts World No Tobacco Day Awareness Program

The Park: On the occasion of World No Tobacco Day, Manipal Hospitals is organizing an awareness programme dedicated to promoting a tobacco-free future. The event will gather educators, healthcare experts, eminent personalities, and youth to discuss the health hazards of tobacco consumption and emphasize collective responsibility for prevention and awareness.

The programme includes an inauguration ceremony, addresses by distinguished guests, panel discussions with college principals focusing on youth awareness and prevention, and a celebrity panel on social influence and tobacco-free living. An interactive awareness session will also be held, followed by inter-college debate competitions at a later stage to promote responsible lifestyle choices and community participation.
