कलेक्टर श्री लोकेश कुमार जांगिड़ के निर्देशानुसार 18 मई से 25 मई तक जिले में जनजातीय उन्नत ग्राम अभियान संचालित किया जा रहा है। अभियान के अंतर्गत जौरा तहसील के ग्राम सांकरा तथा मुरैना जनपद के ग्राम धनेला में अधिकारियों द्वारा सहरिया परिवारों के बीच विशेष शिविर लगाए गए।

जनजातीय गरिमा उत्सव 2026 के अंतर्गत संचालित जनजातीय उन्नत ग्राम अभियान के तहत सहरिया बसाहटों में पहुंचकर अधिकारियों ने ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं सुनीं तथा विभिन्न शासकीय योजनाओं की जानकारी भी प्रदान की।

कलेक्टर की अध्यक्षता में जिला टास्क फोर्स समिति की बैठक सम्पन्न

कलेक्टर श्री लोकेश कुमार जांगिड़ की अध्यक्षता में जिला टास्क फोर्स समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री धर्मराज मीणा, वनमंडल अधिकारी श्री हरिश चंद्र बघेल, जिला खनिज अधिकारी श्री सुखदेव कुमार निर्मल, जिला परिवहन अधिकारी श्री विक्रमजीत सिंह कंग, जिला खाद्य अधिकारी श्री उमेश शर्मा, अधीक्षक चम्बल अभ्यारण्य श्री श्याम सिंह चौहान तथा परिवहन निरीक्षक श्री अशोक शर्मा उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक में कलेक्टर श्री जांगिड़ ने निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि जिले में परिवहन कार्य में संलग्न सभी वाहनों पर नम्बर प्लेट लगाना अनिवार्य होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी वाहनों में जीपीएस लगाने की कार्यवाही भी सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। परिवहन विभाग को इस कार्य के लिए अतिरिक्त 15 सदस्यीय बल उपलब्ध कराया गया है। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि विभाग द्वारा जिले की चार प्रमुख सड़कों पर विशेष कैंप लगाकर प्रभावी कार्रवाई की जाए।

कलेक्टर ने कहा कि आवश्यकता पड़ने पर पुलिस अधीक्षक द्वारा अतिरिक्त पुलिस बल उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा तथा परिवहन विभाग एसएएफ बल की सहायता भी ले सकेगा। उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि जिले में बिना नम्बर अथवा नम्बर अंकित किए बिना चलने वाले वाहनों को पेट्रोल एवं डीजल उपलब्ध नहीं कराया जाएगा। इस संबंध में आदेश जारी कर दिए गए हैं तथा जिला खाद्य अधिकारी के माध्यम से पेट्रोल पंप संचालकों को आवश्यक निर्देश प्रदान किए गए हैं। इस विषय पर पेट्रोल पंप संचालकों की बैठक सोमवार को आयोजित की जाएगी।

कलेक्टर श्री जांगिड़ ने रेत परिवहन एवं अवैध उत्खनन पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण के लिए धौलपुर (राजस्थान) एवं आगरा के कलेक्टर, पुलिस अधीक्षक, डीएफओ, एमओ तथा आरटीओ सहित संबंधित अधिकारियों के साथ अंतर्राज्यीय टास्क फोर्स बैठक आयोजित करने की आवश्यकता बताई, जिससे तीनों राज्यों में समन्वित एवं प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि टोल प्लाजा से बिना नम्बर वाले वाहन न गुजरने पाएँ। इसके लिए एनएचएआई को कार्रवाई के दौरान वीडियो एवं फोटो रिकॉर्डिंग सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री धर्मराज मीणा ने कहा कि पुलिस थाने अपने-अपने स्तर पर पॉइंट लगाकर कार्रवाई कर रहे हैं तथा परिवहन विभाग भी बिना नम्बर वाले वाहनों पर प्रभावी कार्रवाई कर सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी पेट्रोल पंपों पर लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरों की फुटेज के माध्यम से भी वाहन मालिकों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

उन्होंने बताया कि वन विभाग अपने बल एवं एसएएफ बल के सहयोग से संबंधित पुलिस थानों की मदद लेकर सभी रेत घाटों पर रेत विनिष्टीकरण की कार्रवाई करेगा।

वनमंडल अधिकारी श्री हरिश चंद्र बघेल ने प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक कंपनी एसएएफ बल उपलब्ध कराने का सुझाव दिया।

विशेष रूप से कमजोर जनजातीय समूह सहरिया समुदाय तक शासन की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का शत-प्रतिशत लाभ पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से जिले में “जन भागीदारी - सबसे दूर, सबसे पहले” अभियान प्रभावी रूप से संचालित किया जा रहा है। भारत सरकार के जनजातीय कार्य मंत्रालय के निर्देशानुसार यह अभियान 18 मई से 25 मई 2026 तक जिले की 42 चिन्हित सहरिया बसाहटों में आयोजित किया जा रहा है।

कलेक्टर श्री लोकेश कुमार जांगिड़ ने बताया कि शासन का उद्देश्य अंतिम पंक्ति में खड़े प्रत्येक पात्र व्यक्ति तक योजनाओं का लाभ सुनिश्चित करना है। इसी क्रम में 21 से 23 मई 2026 तक प्रत्येक पंचायत भवन में विशेष जनसुनवाई आयोजित कर आमजन की समस्याओं का मौके पर ही निराकरण किया जा रहा है।

अभियान के अंतर्गत जाति, निवास एवं आय प्रमाण-पत्र, राशन कार्ड, आयुष्मान कार्ड, पेंशन, बैंक खाते, वनाधिकार पट्टे सहित विभिन्न शासकीय योजनाओं का लाभ प्रदान किया जा रहा है। जिले के 18 विभागों के अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी इन शिविरों में सक्रिय रूप से सेवाएं दे रहे हैं। साथ ही राजस्व न्यायालयीन प्रकरणों सहित विभिन्न आवेदनों का त्वरित निराकरण भी सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है।

परिवारवार सर्वेक्षण कर शून्य पेंडेंसी एवं शत-प्रतिशत सैचुरेशन का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है, ताकि कोई भी पात्र हितग्राही योजनाओं के लाभ से वंचित न रहे।

उत्तर प्रदेश के चंदौली जिले से एक बेहद दर्दनाक सड़क हादसे की खबर सामने आई है। बलुआ थाना क्षेत्र के गुरेरा गांव के समीप मिट्टी लदे एक तेज रफ्तार ट्रैक्टर ने मोटरसाइकिल सवार दो चचेरे भाइयों को रौंद दिया। टक्कर इतनी भीषण थी कि दोनों भाइयों की मौके पर ही तड़प-तड़प कर मौत हो गई। हादसे के बाद आरोपी चालक ट्रैक्टर छोड़कर मौके से फरार हो गया, जिससे नाराज ग्रामीणों ने हाईवे पर जमकर हंगामा किया।

जानकारी के मुताबिक, फूलपुर गांव निवासी श्रीराम राम (50 वर्ष) अपने चचेरे भाई रामकिशुन राम (52 वर्ष) के साथ किसी काम से चहनियां बाजार आए थे। बाजार से तिरपाल खरीदकर दोनों बाइक से वापस अपने घर लौट रहे थे। शाम के समय जैसे ही उनकी मोटरसाइकिल गुरेरा गांव के पास हाईवे पर पहुंची, तभी चहनियां की ओर से आ रहे मिट्टी लदे तेज रफ्तार ट्रैक्टर ने उन्हें सामने से जोरदार टक्कर मार दी।-पुकार के बीच चालक फरार, ग्रामीणों ने काटा बवाल
प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों ने बताया कि ट्रैक्टर की रफ्तार इतनी तेज थी कि बाइक सवार दोनों भाई सीधे पहिए की चपेट में आ गए और मौके पर ही उन्होंने दम तोड़ दिया। हादसे के बाद सड़क पर चीख-पुकार मच गई। मौका पाकर चालक वाहन छोड़कर भाग निकला।

दो सगे चचेरे भाइयों की मौत से गुस्साए आसपास के ग्रामीणों की भारी भीड़ मौके पर जुट गई। ग्रामीणों ने प्रशासन के खिलाफ नाराजगी जताते हुए हाईवे पर हंगामा शुरू कर दिया और दोषी चालक की तत्काल गिरफ्तारी की मांग पर अड़ गए।

थाना प्रभारी अरुण प्रताप सिंह ने बताया:

"मिट्टी लदे ट्रैक्टर को कब्जे में ले लिया गया है। फरार ट्रैक्टर चालक की पहचान के प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। शवों को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजकर आवश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी गई है। जल्द ही आरोपी चालक को गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा।"

कलेक्टर श्रीमती प्रतिभा पाल एवं एसडीएम बंडा के निर्देशानुसार तहसील बंडा अंतर्गत राजस्व प्रकरणों के त्वरित निराकरण हेतु पटवारियों द्वारा लगातार मैदानी स्तर पर कार्य किया जा रहा है। ज्ञातव्य है कि विगत दिवस पटवारियों द्वारा राजस्व प्रकरणों में उदासीनता बरतने एवं तहसील न्यायालय के आदेशों के अमल में भी उदासीनता देखी गई जिसके सम्बन्ध में कलेक्टर श्रीमती पाल ने कड़े और स्पष्ट निर्देश संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिए थे।

सीमांकन कार्य के दौरान संबंधित सरहदी कृषकों को मौके पर उपस्थित हेतु सूचित किया गया नियमानुसार कार्रवाई संपन्न कराई गई।भीषण गर्मी एवं लगभग 44 डिग्री तापमान के बावजूद पटवारी गांव-गांव पहुंचकर सीमांकन कार्य संपादित कर रहे हैं।

तहसीलदार बंडा मोहित जैन ने बताया कि आमजन को राजस्व संबंधी सेवाएं समय पर उपलब्ध कराने हेतु मैदानी अमला निरंतर कार्यरत है तथा पारदर्शिता एवं निष्पक्षता के साथ सीमांकन, नामांतरण,नक्शा तरमीम ,फॉर्मर रजिस्ट्री एवं अन्य राजस्व कार्यों का निराकरण किया जा रहा है।

“जल गंगा संवर्धन अभियान” के अंतर्गत गंगा दशहरा पर्व के अवसर पर 25 मई, 2026 को जिलेभर में व्यापक स्तर पर विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जाएगा। कार्यक्रमों के सफल आयोजन को लेकर कलेक्टर एवं जिला कार्यक्रम समन्वयक डॉ. गिरीश कुमार मिश्रा ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी करते हुए सभी गतिविधियों का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

मध्यप्रदेश शासन पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग, भोपाल के दिशा-निर्देशानुसार आयोजित होने वाले इन कार्यक्रमों में श्रमदान, साफ- सफाई, जल स्रोतों का संरक्षण, दीपदान एवं जनजागरूकता गतिविधियां आयोजित की जाएंगी। जिले की समस्त ग्राम पंचायतों एवं नगरीय निकायों में एक साथ कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे।

कलेक्टर श्री अंशुल गुप्ता ने निर्देश दिए हैं कि कृषि विभाग के माध्यम से किसानों एवं हितग्राहियों को वितरित किए जाने वाले सभी हितलाभ ग्राम पंचायत भवनों में विधिवत कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर सुपात्र हितग्राहियों को प्रदान किए जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि योजनाओं का लाभ पारदर्शी एवं व्यवस्थित तरीके से अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचे, इसके लिए स्थानीय स्तर पर जनप्रतिनिधियों एवं ग्रामीणों की सहभागिता भी सुनिश्चित की जाए।

कलेक्टर श्री गुप्ता ने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि हितलाभ वितरण केवल औपचारिकता तक सीमित न रहे, बल्कि यह भी सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि संबंधित हितग्राही योजनाओं से प्राप्त सामग्री, उपकरण अथवा अन्य सहायता का सही एवं उपयोगी तरीके से सदुपयोग कर रहे हैं या नहीं। इसके लिए नियमित निगरानी व्यवस्था विकसित करने तथा मैदानी अमले के माध्यम से सतत फॉलोअप करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि शासन की योजनाओं का वास्तविक उद्देश्य हितग्राहियों के जीवन स्तर में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन लाना है। इसलिए विभागीय अधिकारी हितग्राहियों से संवाद स्थापित कर यह जानकारी संकलित करें कि योजना का लाभ मिलने के बाद उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति, आय, कृषि उत्पादन अथवा आजीविका में क्या बदलाव आया है।

कलेक्टर ने विशेष रूप से निर्देश दिए कि ऐसे प्रेरणादायी उदाहरणों को “तब और अब” स्वरूप में दस्तावेजीकृत कर प्रकाशित कराया जाए, ताकि अन्य जरूरतमंद लोग भी योजनाओं से प्रेरित होकर लाभ प्राप्त कर सकें। उन्होंने कहा कि योजनाओं के सफल क्रियान्वयन और प्रभावी मॉनिटरिंग से ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती मिलेगी तथा किसानों का जीवन स्तर बेहतर होगा।

👉भागलपुर जिले के मधुसूदनपुर थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत भतोड़िया गंगा प्रसाद गांव में राहुल कुमार की गर्भवती पत्नी काजल कुमारी की संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में मौत हो गई. घटना की सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया. शनिवार को पोस्टमार्टम के बाद शव मायके पक्ष को सौंप दिया गया.

🌀पिता ने लगाया गला दबाकर हत्या का आरोप

👉मृतका के पिता सबौर थाना क्षेत्र के बैजलपुर निवासी पूरन मंडल ने आरोप लगाया कि उनकी बेटी की हत्या उसके पति राहुल कुमार, सास उषा देवी, पिंटू मंडल समेत अन्य लोगों ने मिलकर की है. उन्होंने कहा कि काजल के गले और चेहरे पर चोट के निशान थे, जिससे साफ लग रहा था कि उसकी गला दबाकर हत्या की गई है.

🌀शाम को वीडियो कॉल 10 मिनट तक मां बेटी में हुई बात

👉पूरन मंडल ने बताया कि शुक्रवार शाम करीब छह बजे काजल ने अपनी मां रुक्मिणी देवी को वीडियो कॉल किया था. करीब दस मिनट तक दोनों में बातचीत हुई थी और उस दौरान सबकुछ सामान्य लग रहा था. बातचीत के दौरान काजल ने सेब खाने की इच्छा जताई थी. इसके बाद जब परिवार वालों ने दोबारा संपर्क करने की कोशिश की तो उसका मोबाइल स्विच ऑफ आने लगा. रात करीब दस बजे ससुराल पक्ष की ओर से फोन कर बताया गया कि काजल ने फंदे से लटककर आत्महत्या कर ली है.

🌀मौके पर पहुंचने पर पलंग पर मिला शव

👉सूचना मिलने के बाद मायके वाले रात करीब 12 बजे काजल के ससुराल पहुंचे. वहां पुलिस पहले से मौजूद थी. परिजनों का आरोप है कि काजल का शव कमरे में पलंग पर पड़ा हुआ था, जबकि पंखे की कड़ी से दुपट्टा लटका मिला. उन्होंने बताया कि शव के गले, गाल और गर्दन के पास चोट के निशान थे और बिस्तर भी गीला था. परिवार का कहना है कि घटना के बाद सभी ससुराल वाले फरार हो गए.

👉मायके पक्ष ने बताया कि काजल की शादी तीन दिसंबर 2022 को राहुल कुमार से हुई थी. शादी के बाद उसे एक पुत्र भी हुआ. परिजनों का आरोप है कि शादी के बाद से ही काजल पर दहेज के लिए दबाव बनाया जाता था. उन्होंने बताया कि 15 से 20 दिन पहले भी काजल के साथ मारपीट हुई थी, जिसकी शिकायत मधुसूदनपुर थाना में की गई थी.
पुलिस बोली- मामला संदिग्ध, जांच जारी

👉मधुसूदनपुर थानाध्यक्ष संजय कुमार मंडल ने बताया कि मामला संदिग्ध प्रतीत हो रहा है. कमरे में पंखे की कड़ी से दुपट्टा मिला है, जबकि शव पलंग पर पड़ा था. उन्होंने कहा कि घटना स्थल की जांच एफएसएल टीम से कराई गई है और प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने की प्रक्रिया चल रही है. पुलिस पूरे मामले की गहराई से जांच कर रही है.

मोकामा के नौरंगा में पैक्स अध्यक्ष मुकेश सिंह पर हुई फायरिंग के बाद शनिवार की रात कुख्यात सोनू-मोनू गिरोह के घर छापेमारी करने गए दो थानाध्यक्षों पर प्रशासन ने कड़ा एक्शन लिया है। सर्च ऑपरेशन से पहले गिरोह के गुर्गों द्वारा पुलिस अधिकारियों की सघन तलाशी लेने और अनुमति मिलने के बाद घर के अंदर जाने का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया व इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया पर वायरल होने के बाद मामला गरमा गया था। पटना के वरीय एसपी ने इसे पुलिस आचरण के सर्वथा प्रतिकूल और घोर लापरवाही मानते हुए पचमहला थानाध्यक्ष कुंदन कुमार और हाथीदह थानाध्यक्ष रंजन कुमार को तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित कर दिया है। अपराधियों के सामने घुटने टेकने और अपनी तलाशी दिलाने वाले इन दोनों पुलिस अधिकारियों पर हुई इस त्वरित कार्रवाई से महकमे में हड़कंप मच गया है।

थाना समाधान दिवस की शिकायतों को सुनते हुए सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया कि थाना समाधान दिवस में आये लोगों की शिकायतों को गम्भीरता से सुना जाए तथा स्थलीय निरीक्षण करके समस्या का निस्तारण सुनिश्चित किया जाए। पुलिस कर्मियो को निर्देशित किया गया कि थाना समाधान दिवस में प्राप्त शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्रों का गुणवत्तापूर्ण निस्तारण जल्द से जल्द किया जाना चाहिए तथा जिन प्रार्थना पत्रों का निस्तारण उच्चाधिकारी स्तर से किया जाना है उन पर रिपोर्ट लगाकर सम्बंधित अधिकारी को प्रेषित करें जिससे समय से उचित निस्तारण कराया जा सके।
अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक ने कहा कि पुलिस प्रशासन की साख तभी बनती है जब आम नागरिक को समय पर और निष्पक्ष न्याय मिले। शिकायतों के त्वरित और निष्पक्ष निस्तारण हेतु सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया है। थाना समाधान दिवस के आयोजन से जनसुनवाई प्रक्रिया को और सशक्त किया जा रहा है। प्रशासन आमजन को विश्वास दिलाता है कि उनकी समस्याओं का उचित समाधान समयबद्ध रूप से किया जाएगा।

#श्योपुर-/ मुख्य सचिव श्री अनुराग जैन ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से संभागायुक्त एवं कलेक्टरों को ग्रीष्मकाल में ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की पेयजल व्यवस्था पर विशेष निगरानी रखने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी जिलों में पेयजल संबंधी शिकायतों के निराकरण हेतु कंट्रोल रूम सक्रिय रूप से संचालित किए जाएं तथा आमजन की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

मुख्य सचिव ने निर्देश दिए कि मुख्यमंत्री हेल्पलाइन में दर्ज पेयजल संबंधी शिकायतों का प्राथमिकता के आधार पर 1 से 3 दिवस के भीतर निराकरण किया जाए। साथ ही जहां पेयजल संकट की स्थिति हो, वहां तत्काल वैकल्पिक साधनों से पेयजल उपलब्ध कराया जाए।

उन्होंने लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग के अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों के अवकाश पर भी प्रतिबंध रखने के निर्देश दिए तथा कहा कि केवल अत्यावश्यक परिस्थितियों में ही अवकाश स्वीकृत किए जाएं, ताकि पेयजल व्यवस्थाएं प्रभावित न हों।

यूपी के कानपुर में ITBP के 40-50 हथियारबंद जवानों ने पुलिस कमिश्नरेट को घेर लिया. सभी साथी जवान की शिकायत पर कार्रवाई न होने से नाराज थे. ITBP जवान पूरे परिसर में जगह-जगह खड़े हो गए. वर्दी में हथियार से लैस होकर पहुंचे जवानों को देखकर पुलिसवाले पीछे हट गए. करीब एक घंटे तक परिसर में माहौल तनावपूर्ण रहा. पुलिस कमिश्नर, CMO और अन्य अफसरों की लंबी बातचीत के बाद मामला शांत हुआ. दरअसल, ITBP कैंप में तैनात कमांडो विकास सिंह की मां निर्मला देवी के पेट की समस्या का इलाज टाटमिल चौराहे स्थित कृष्णा सुपर स्पेशिलिटी हॉस्पिटल में हुआ था. आरोप है कि इलाज के दौरान लापरवाही से उनके हाथ में संक्रमण फैल गया, जिसे बाद काटना पड़ा. घटना से नाराज विकास मंगलवार, 19 मई को मां का कटा हाथ लेकर पुलिस कमिश्नर के पास पहुंचे थे. उनसे कृष्णा अस्पताल के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की. पुलिस कमिश्नर ने जांच के लिए मामला CMO को भेज दिया था. CMO की ओर से बनाई गई जांच कमेटी ने रिपोर्ट दी, लेकिन उसमें न साफ वजह निकली और न कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई. इससे नाराज ITBP के 50 जवान अपने अफसरों के साथ पुलिस कमिश्नर ऑफिस पहुंचे, और पूरा ऑफिस घेर लिया.
